Short message (SMS), mobile application, instant notification, e-mail, automatic machine call, telephone call, wireless networks, social media, within the framework of the Law on the Law (“Law”) and the Regulation on Commercial Communications and Commercial Electronic Messages (“Regulation”) etc. It allows sending information, promotional and marketing messages with data, audio and visual content to be transmitted by all kinds of electronic communication tools and to be contacted. This consent can be obtained in writing or by any electronic means of communication.
