Doğan, a successful surgeon and the sole heir to a prestigious hospital chain in İstanbul, feels trapped by ethical conflicts with his father and a failing relationship with his fiancée. Amid this turmoil, a special offer from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs changes everything: he is assigned to perform a secret surgery in Gaziantep on the Türkiye-Syria border. Looking for a way out of his current life, Doğan accepts. The hospital he is to work at also serves Syrian refugees, and the people he meets there will become a turning point in his life.
