الملخص:
Orphaned Paul is entrusted to Célestine and Borel, employees of a count. The rebellious boy struggles to adapt to his new life in the countryside. While Borel, the estate’s caretaker, opposes the presence of smugglers, the count turns a blind eye. When Paul crosses paths with Totoche, a brazen and cunning smuggler, he begins learning the ways of the forest. But Paul’s time here has a deeper purpose.
