Many years after dropping out of college and devoting herself to happy family, Neşe starts to feel taken for granted by those around her. Aylin gets to know the family of Serdar who lied about the nature of his work.

Neşe starts her final year of medical school, even though her husband doesn't approve. She is reunited with her old friend Sevda, who adamantly opposes her return to school.
